This room is the focal point of our home. When designing this space, I wanted to embrace as much natural light as possible.
In case you missed it, last year we moved to Florida and purchased a home to renovate. A part of that renovation included the kitchen.

Our Living Room feels complete—It only took three months. When it comes to furnishing a home, my biggest advice is to take your time. Ponder, create a mood board, center your decor around one item and build upon that.
Our Master Suite is slowly coming together as our furniture begins to arrive. Since a lot of you are also furniture shopping I decided to share what we have purchased rather than wait until everything arrives.
All the New Year Resolution Hype has ended and it’s back to the same old same old….but it doesn’t have to be this way. Let’s get the pep in our step back.

Normally we would never consider a road trip but due to the pandemic that we are on our first road trip was done back in May when Michael was 16 months old and Apollos just 8 weeks old.
I was actually pretty nervous about making this trip…how would Michael be on the plane, away from home, away from his normal everyday life…but it was a major success!
This trip was by far the most exciting and adventurous trip we have yet been on! Not to mention the fact that my sister and brother in law joined us made it that much more exciting! We booked our trip back in February for a travel date in June bookings were done through expedia.com. We were able to coordinate our flights, hotel, and airport transportation all through Expedia.

When Mike made the decision to work from home, I was a little weary and nervous everyday would feel like a saturday.
