THANKSGIVING TABLESCAPE

“I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all of my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.” Psalms 9:1

My heart is filled with gladness to think of God’s many blessings over our lives. As christians we should be filled with endless joy no matter our circumstance but I do love that there is a day in which we can come together and verbally express our thankfulness. This year has brought some of the greatest joys in our life: our first born son, my sweet niece Elisa, my nephew Waylan, and to be expecting another baby boy just overwhelms me with gratitude. At the same time this year has also brought sorrow in which we are trusting the Lord with and praying for His will and glory to prevail. The Lord’s blessings remind me of His unconditional love and the trials He brings our way remind me that His sovereignty leaves no room for worry but only confidence and strength. I hope you ladies have a wonderful Thanksgiving and no matter if this year has brought sorrow, grief, or joy we can be thankful because we have a Savior that reigns. Love you all!

It seems like as soon as November 1st came the majority were ready to start decorating for Christmas…and I totally felt the same way too! I’m not sure why..maybe because it’s so cold this year but I am here for it! haha So this season my aim was for something transitional.

I registered for this hold plate setting the year of our engagement and we were blessed with all twelve sets! They literally have been my favorite wedding gifts! They are more of an investment piece but well worth it after 6 years they still look brand new! I also love my flatware from WestElm I have the original version that came out 6 years ago, but I linked the new version which is still as beautiful.

I picked up this gold wreath from Homegoods and thought it would be perfect centerpiece with pumpkins! I found a similar one here. What does your Thanksgiving Table look like? I would love to know what you did this holiday season! xoxo
