A NOVEMBER GLIMPSE

As I watch the seasons change, the sun rising and setting, I cannot help but know that there is a God and that my salvation lies in Christ. We are so blessed to have been chosen by God, so blessed to be able to see his goodness and grace on our lives. The seasons remind me of my walk with the Lord and when I walked in darkness. I marvel at how Christ saved me from my wickedness and yet still loved me. This thanksgiving I am especially thankful for my salvation.

"And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

BUT God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:1-10

"He changes times and seasons: he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding" Daniel 2:21

Mike and I have never in our lives made so many trips to Home Depot! We practically live there–not to mention it is right by our home. You can seriously find anything and everything there, this past weekend we went to pick up some shrubs and the entire nursery was filled with Christmas trees! I was attempted to get one, they are so beautiful but with Mike's allergies we had to pass them by.

Hope you ladies have a wonderful Thanksgiving and are able to be a witness and a testimony of the great wonders God has done in your life. Keep your eyes on Christ always. 💛
